Upcoming hiatus/upgrade news

Sometime early next year, Autumn Sky Poetry DAILY will be going on a short hiatus while I upgrade this site. This is sorely needed in order to automate backups and upgrade to a new WordPress theme. This will mean that the yearly cost of maintaining this daily poetry journal will increase from $70 (site plus domain) to around $320. This is possible thanks to the generous purchases of my photography calendars. Yes, I am terrified to push the “upgrade” button. Yes, you may wish me luck. 😀

This journal is free to submit and free to subscribe, and will remain so for the foreseeable future. I fund it via sales of my photography, art, and writing. I will be opening a new store for my art and photography next year, so please stay tuned if you’d like to support poetry on the web. I’ve also begun editing poetry chapbooks/ books, so if you’d like to use my services, please click here for more information.

Later this month, I will post visitor/viewer stats for the year and I’m happy to let you know that we’ve exceeded my expectations (and last year’s numbers) already!

My sincere thanks for following and subscribing.

Christine, editor Autumn Sky Poetry DAILY

    Hi, Christine:

I’d like to donate but don’t really want to buy anything. Do you have a means for that, PayPal or whatever?

    Happy holidays,

    Sydney Lea
